PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is required to secure single lessons: $65 for 60 minutes or $40 for 30 minutes. Pay securely by card in the scheduler above. Your appointment is secured once payment is received.

All lesson, package, and group-class purchases are final and nonrefundable.

With at least 24 hours’ notice, private and semi-private lesson payments transfer to a rescheduled lesson within the applicable booking or package period. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows forfeit payment or count as a used package session. Package clients do not pay an additional deposit. Personally missed group classes do not receive credits or makeups.

If Jettennis cancels because of rain, unsafe courts, or coach availability, payment transfers to a makeup lesson or credit. Package expiration dates will be extended when needed to use that credit.
